Welcome to Treus.ai! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Treus.ai web application and its associated services (“Treus Platform” or “Platform”). By accessing or using the Treus Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Treus Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the Treus Platform constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. These Terms may be updated periodically, and your continued use of the Platform after any such updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Nature of the Treus Platform

You understand and agree that the Treus Platform is a trading automation web application designed to generate trade signals for cryptocurrencies and facilitate automated trading based on user-defined strategies.

  • Current Focus: The Treus Platform currently focuses on generating trade signals for cryptocurrencies.
  • Data Provider: You acknowledge that the Platform relies on data provided by third-party sources, including Binance, for market data and signal generation.
  • No Guarantees: Treus makes no guarantees regarding the uninterrupted availability, stability, or error-free operation of the Platform. Service interruptions, downtime, or data discrepancies may occur.
  • Market Volatility & Algorithm Performance: You understand that trading algorithms, including those used by Treus, may perform unpredictably or fail entirely during periods of extreme market volatility, rapid price fluctuations, or unusual market conditions. Such events could lead to incorrect signals or automated actions, potentially resulting in significant losses.
  • Software Glitches and Operational Errors: While Treus strives for robust performance, any software can experience glitches, bugs, or unforeseen operational errors. These could lead to incorrect trade signals, delayed execution, or other failures, which may result in financial losses.
  • System Instability: You acknowledge that the Treus Platform, its underlying infrastructure, and associated databases may experience technical issues, including crashes, downtime, or data corruption. This could lead to temporary or permanent loss of your settings, account data, or trading history.
  • Data Integrity: While efforts are made to maintain data integrity, Treus cannot guarantee the absolute security or immutability of all data.

3. No Financial Responsibility; Disclaimer of Warranties

BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS AND USING THE TREUS PLATFORM, YOU EXPLICITLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT TREUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF TREUS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE TREUS PLATFORM, INCLUDING ANY TRADING ACTIVITIES OR FINANCIAL LOSSES INCURRED.

  • Trading Risks: You acknowledge that trading in cryptocurrencies (and any other assets supported in the future) involves significant risk, including the risk of substantial financial losses. The value of investments can go down as well as up.
  • No Financial Advice: Treus, its AI bot, community insights, or any features within the Platform, do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Any signals, strategies, or information provided are for informational and automated execution purposes only. They are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.
  • Data Provider Disclaimer: While Treus endeavors to use reliable data sources, Treus is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of data obtained from third-party providers like Binance. Any inaccuracies or delays in such data may impact the trade signals generated by the Platform.
  • Sole Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made on the Treus Platform, whether executed manually or through automated features like the AI bot or copied strategies. You must exercise your own judgment and conduct your own research before making any trading decisions.
  • “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”: THE TREUS PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. TREUS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

4. Your Responsibilities

As a user of the Treus Platform, you agree to:

  • Acknowledge Risks: Understand and accept the inherent risks associated with trading and using automated trading software, including the specific risks outlined in Section 2.
  • Trade Responsibly: Only trade with funds you can afford to lose. Do not use funds that are essential for your living expenses or financial well-being.
  • Maintain Security: Keep your account login credentials secure and confidential.
  • Compliance: You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding trading and the use of the Treus Platform.

5. Prohibited Uses and Misconduct

You agree not to use the Treus Platform for any unlawful or prohibited activities. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Illegal Activities: Using the Platform for any illegal purposes, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other activity that violates applicable laws and regulations in India, Saudi Arabia, or any other relevant jurisdiction.
  • Exploitation of Vulnerabilities: Attempting to exploit any bugs, glitches, vulnerabilities, or errors in the Platform for personal gain, to disrupt the Platform’s operation, or for any other unauthorized purpose.
  • Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other users’ accounts, or related systems or networks.
  • Malicious Activity: Introducing any viruses, malware, or other harmful code to the Platform, or engaging in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform’s functionality.

If you are found to be engaging in any prohibited uses or misconduct, you will be held solely and fully liable by the respective governing laws (India and Saudi Arabia accordingly). Treus.ai will cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities as required by law and will not be responsible in any way for such actions or their consequences.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Treus Platform, including but not limited to, patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and any improvements, modifications, or derivatives thereof, are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Treus. Your use of the Platform does not grant you any ownership rights in the Platform.

7. Termination

Treus reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform or any part thereof, at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. This includes, but is not limited to, termination for non-compliance with these Terms or for any reason deemed necessary by Treus for the effective operation of the Platform.

8. Changes to Terms

Treus reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Treus platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and Saudi Arabia accordingly, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
